I work with all different kinds of people! Arguably the important criteria is if we feel like a good fit for each other. This is why I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation before booking with me.
Every therapeutic relationship is a step forward into vulnerability. I want you to feel like you’re not taking that step blindly.
There are some groups of people and experiences I work with more frequently than others. This includes:
Relationships and families
LGBTQ+ folks
Neurodivergent people, particularly later-in-life awareness or suspicion of ADHD and Autism
People who experience chronic pain
People experiencing trauma, grief, or anxiety
Therapists and other healers
People who are at any stage in the perinatal process (pre-pregnancy all the way through the first few years of parenthood, and beyond!)
I have specialized training in couple and family therapy, and work with relationship configurations of all kind (couples, polycules, families, chosen families, siblings, roommates, friends, etc.)
