Who I Work With

Couple, Family, and Individual therapy for people looking to chart a different course in their lives

I work with all different kinds of people! Arguably the important criteria is if we feel like a good fit for each other. This is why I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation before booking with me.

Every therapeutic relationship is a step forward into vulnerability. I want you to feel like you’re not taking that step blindly.

There are some groups of people and experiences I work with more frequently than others. This includes:

  • Relationships and families

  • LGBTQ+ folks

  • Neurodivergent people, particularly later-in-life awareness or suspicion of ADHD and Autism

  • People who experience chronic pain

  • People experiencing trauma, grief, or anxiety

  • Therapists and other healers

  • People who are at any stage in the perinatal process (pre-pregnancy all the way through the first few years of parenthood, and beyond!)

I have specialized training in couple and family therapy, and work with relationship configurations of all kind (couples, polycules, families, chosen families, siblings, roommates, friends, etc.)

I may be a good therapist for you if you’re experiencing one or more of the following:

  • Feeling unfulfilled, anxious, or distressed in relationships, even ones that you really value

  • A desire for more closeness in your relationship, even if things are going well

  • Feeling stuck in grief, trauma, anxiety, people pleasing, perfectionism, fear of failure, and avoiding things you desperately want

  • Feeling like you’re “the problem,” feeling like you’re missing something everyone else seems to be getting, feeling like there’s something wrong with you

  • Experience a sense of feeling out of place in the world

  • A desire to balance showing up for your family and community while also being able to take care of yourself
