I am a clinical social worker living and working in Northern Vermont. I use a collaborative and conversational approach, with the hope that I can support you to build richness and connection in your life. I primarily practice through a trauma-informed psychodynamic and somatic modalities. I believe that therapy, at its best, can help us form richer relationships with ourselves, which in turn can help us form richer relationships with the world around us.

I am trained in EMDR therapy and completed a two year post-graduate fellowship from the Psychodynamic Couples and Family Institute of New England. I am licensed to practice therapy in Vermont, Massachusetts, and California, and see virtual coaching clients across the country.
